SUNPASS Petition

We the undersigned ask you to sign our petition. As citizens of the state of Florida we would like to formally request that Florida alter Section 316.1001, Florida Statutes’s such that any upstanding citizen in possession of a valid State of Florida drivers license will not be issued a Uniform Traffic Citation for failing to pay a road toll if they have own a transponder with a funded account.
